E：在Runagia，子女们会将自己的收入给老父母们，但是只要老父母们的生活可以舒服，子女们就不会多给了。

意思就是说，其实老父母们手中的钱的总量没有变，虽然政府给的多了，但是子女们给的少了。所以并没有更多的better off

C错在与原文不符了，原文说没有inflation.

如果原文没有这句的话C是对的；但原文已经说了，这种inflation是可以被忽略的，那么C就不起作用了
