     In order to determine whether to disobey the laws that they consider unjust, we should first to talk about the essences of the laws. First, laws is the rules that to regular the citizens’ or the employers’ behaviors in the business and to safeguard the cities, the states, the federal government from being affect by someone’s improper behaviors and to ensure the organization run smoothly and effectively. Second, certain laws provide services for certain group of people rather than all groups. Basing on these facts, I cast doubt on the statement that people have the duty to disobey the laws when they consider unjust.

First of all, different people judge things from their personal angels, not from the whole picture. When one group of people consider one certain thing is unjust, however, from another groups, this will be unfair. For example, when Tomes, who is a manager of an big consultant company, thinks the new arrangement of the holiday is right fit the organization and may brings a larger profit to the company, but Stephanie, a clerk of the company, may think the law hurt her a lot because she wants a long holiday and spends the holidays will her friends and family because they are in the different situation and come from different backgrounds, so they consider things differently. As we all know, certain laws protect certain group of people, and the essence of this law is to ensure the organization to operate successfully. When comes to the welfare of the employee, there are always other laws to protect the workers from the deprivation which comes from the boarders. This law the board may also think unjust. If all the people all disobey the law, the organization will be mess and the society development will be stanched.

Secondly, when we think about some laws are unjust, we should not disobey, instead, we should to make our efforts to negotiate with the law department if your opinion is representative enough. Disobey is not the best way to protect yourself, it is just a way to avoid the burden, to escape the real world. If you really want to change the situation, you should come up the better action to solve the current circumstance.

In conclusion, whether the laws are unjust or not depends on the position where you are, different interest groups come up different ideas about the laws. So there is always unjust in the world. What we should do is to keep the organization we are in or the society we are in have the most benefit.

思路不错，呵呵。这个题材很难写。

主要要注意一下run-on的句子结构，有很多when..., however, ... 。句子结构不完整。

还有不要太用one certain thing之类的表达方式，很chin-english。
