Prep要收27刀么？？？？？

报名过程中弹出关于Prep光盘的选项，具体如下。

我的问题是：

不是说光盘都是报名后免费邮寄的么？为何还要收27刀？

另外，此邮费为27刀的光盘是否就是下载区的“2006年GMAT官方模考软件GMATPrep （26.2M）”？也就是 http://www.mba.com 首页上的 Download Free Test-Prep Software ？

如果是，我选“download it later”后，考试中心是不是不会寄任何考前资料给我了？

请教前辈。

GMATPrep™ is free GMAT® test-preparation software. It contains two (2) full-length computer adaptive-exams as well as practice questions.

I would like to -
download it later. receive the free CD-ROM by standard mail. This could take up to three (3) weeks. receive the free CD-ROM by express mail. This will cost US $20.00 within the United States and US $27.00 outside the United States.
