A的意思是：商品的品牌在消费者眼中就代表了一种保证——保证这个品牌的商品在所有同类商品中出类拔萃。

B的意思是：消费者认为长期不变的品牌所出售的产品的质量会随着时间的推移而改变。Drift: a slow change

C的意思是：在许多企业并购中，购买方更注重获得对方的品牌使用权，甚于现有产品设施。

另外我还想问问A中的taken这个动词，到底怎样翻译呢，这种动词感觉意思太多，不好把握。

其实我也不是专门研究单词，都是凭语感。在本句中，take as应该是“被认为”的意思，在直白一些，就是“消费者‘拿’品牌‘当作’...”。你不用刻意去研究单词。而且美国人在阅读时也不会研究单词，如果你读过英文小说的话，小说里的很多单词都相当简单，但意思随着各种搭配和环境的变化而变化，词典里根本没有。所以，能读懂句子就行。
