请问有在美国做 business consulting的朋友吗？

一个美国朋友在做consulting,告诉我他几乎没见到过外国人做business consulting的，不知道是不是真的，还是就他们公司这样。可以理解我们外国人受语言和人脉的限制，但是也不会一个没有吧。

请问这里有在美国做consulting的朋友吗，能否告知一下情况，万分感激！

Not sure. A friend's friend is working for Bain. He is Chinese, but he went to undergrad in the US as well.

Yes, they sound more native. I know a lot of ABC(american born chinese)  in consulting...Hard for other chinese. Anyway, I will try.

I think here Chinese is defined as went to US after they complete their college education in China. Am I right? If yes,it is true that there are not a lot chinese working in consulting firm's US office. It is mainly due to language and culture difference. it is even more difficult to survive after you get in. I know 3 chinese working in McK US office, all of them left after 1-2 years.

If you want to get in the consulting firm's US office, here are couple tips

1: Polish your oral and written communication to be able to concisely express your point of view in a structured way

2: Apply the office/functional practice that match your past working/research experience. 

3: Sharp you skills on case interview
