1.   cookville的高产能并不一定是它advanced，可能是工人MORE SKILLED 或MORE WELL-ADMINISTRATED。

2.    devoting the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production不一定会有好的效果，也许C的其他部件生产的效率也很高，如果全生产DRILL其他部件的生产成本就上升了

3.   reducing the production costs of individual machine parts is the only way to achieve our larger goal of reducing our overall production costs不对，其他方法比如降低原材料采购价（reduce the purchasing price of the raw material）或减少员工工资等

Our factory in Cookville is our most advanced and efficient. It is capable of producing ten drill bits for each dollar of production costs, whereas none of our other factories can produce more than seven drill bits per dollar of production costs. Therefore, we can reduce our overall drill bit production costs by devoting the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production. Since reducing the production costs of individual machine parts is the only way to achieve our larger goal of reducing our overall production costs, dedicating the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production and shifting all other machine part production to our other factories will help us to attain that larger goal.”

1.Reasonal fact

Only company the over production /per dollar does not necessarily mean that Cook company is most advanced & efficient. The reason to back upthe higher production cost in Cookville may be gained at the cost of overworked employee or  newly launched expensive machines etc.. 

2.Logically flawed

Since the reason causing efficient production can come from experienced management, production efficience spured by incentive payroll or innovation from R&D department.

to reduce spare part cost can worsen the operation on the whole if that served as reason in enhancing the production.Further more, reducing the spare part could be very slim and minor cost in the whole Production total cost.

3. It is not only one
 

Based on our common sense,we are learnt that there are many other ways may contribute to increasing production effeciency.

production rate : management , quality control, Research & Department development, lowering raw material cost and so on..
