1 could not be because either the sum of the other two sides is <0 or the sum of the other two sides is less than the X

2 could not be, X=6, the sum of the other two sides is 4, 4<6
X=8, the sum of the other two sides is 2, 2<6

3 could be, X=6, the sum of the other two side is 9, 9>6

so 15 could be the perimeter of the triangle
