151题的A,C选项，anyahu已经解释的很清楚了，A是个无关选项。

要看明白这个结论是关于rating 和performance的

通过上下文和这句话阅读，productivity,attendance,accuracy...是工作成绩的各种因素（individual elements of performance) 。

我想问个小问题：

我来说说我对于152的理解:

文章虽然几经转折, 但是中心还是围绕rating overall performance, 文中提到的 productivity/ attendance/accuracy/customer satisfaction只是评价的因素.

It is possible that productivity may be a “hygiene factor.”我把hygiene factor理解上等同于productivity了, 不知道对不对?

P2说productivity低了影响rating, 但是productivity与rating并不是呈线性关系, 超出某个临界值以后就与rating无关了.

D: 除非被认为是不足够的, 否则生产力不会影响对工人的评价.

翻译应该是：a "hygiene factor" 是工人表现的一个方面，除非它的评价结果不够（即指文中的too low,可理解为未达到某个特定水平），否则它未必会影响工人的业绩评价。——个人理解。
