I wanna apply a master programme in real estate. My profile are as follows: GPA 2.7-2.8 in BEng Civil Engineering from HKU GPA 3.7 (A- in overall) in MSc Mathematics (Financial Mathematics and Statistics-Full Time) from HKUST GRE 1350 (Quant 800, Verbal 550). I have two years of working experience as an assistant civil engineer and one year of working experience as a credit risk analyst in a mortgage security firm. I would like to apply the following programmes 1. Columbia MS Real Estate Development 2. .NYU MS Real Estate 3. University of Reading MSc Real Estate Investment and Economics 4. LSE MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance Note, I have got offer from U of Reading, MSc in Surveying (Majoring in Real Estate) and HKU MSc in Real Estate (General Practice) Any recommendation or advice? And I wanna ask if there is any advantage if I have a MHKIS/MRICS in QS/GP for application? |
