没发错，bloomberg确实是金融和券业经常使用的终端

Of course I know what bloomberg is. I watch its news almost everyday on TV. And we have a seperate Bloomberg room for Finance major in our library. 

I'm pretty sure when I replied this post, it was in the North America MBA application section. That's why I said it is in the wrong place. I guess someone must have moved it here. ^_^

- Strong listening skills

如果没判断错，你申请的这个职位应该是customer service或者sales

这样你要对这个系统相当熟悉，否则很容易闹出客户比工作人员更专业的尴尬。当然，这是难免的。

你要熟悉这个系统终端的操作，比如菜单和接口等等。

面试的时候不知道该往什么方向努力。

英文然后business sense.

其他的就不知道还需要什么？

Take it easy，反正都要面试了，搞突击也是没用了哦。

你仔细回想你实习的时候，都用这个系统来干嘛了，怎么操作的就行了

是的，也别把它当回事，没准遇到更好的呢．正常发挥就OK．平时该准备的，你都准备了．

就是在线支持的人,用户如果对BLOOMBERG的使用有问题,会通过BLOOMGERG自己的MESSENGER提问,在线得到解答,BLOOMGERG是24小时提供这个服务的. 这种工作应该会要求,英语要好,对系统了解.算是较junior的工作
