Hi, can anyone help? I can't figure out (1)

If X is a positive integer, is x<16?

(1) X is less than the average (arithmetic mean) of the first ten positive integers

(2) X is the square of an interger => X can be 25 => 5^2

My answer E/ correct answer A

说的是1---10，不用计算，看最大的数10，

都远小于16，

就知道它们的平均数X肯定是小于16的啦

MM是不是Highlight的地方理解错了啊？
