From one 1st year student in entrepreneurship academy answer the question:

Thanks for reaching out to me with regard to the Entrepreneurship major and Academy at Kelley.
This is a topic I am VERY passionate about!!!  We have one of the top Entrepreneurship programs and it all starts with Dr. Kuratko (Dr. K!)
Via the major and academy we are really exposed to the theory, process and practice of entrepreneurship.
On top of that we will be exposed to several high tech and bio tech companies at our 2nd Academy intensive week in San Francisco in March of 2009.  And lastly we as students will be making the determination on which companies receive grant funds from the state of Indiana in our 3rd academy intensive week.

For myself, Entrepreneurship is a long-term goal of mine, but corporate innovation is a huge buzz topic right now and Dr. K teaches/consults extensively on this topic.

来报个到，最近一直没上来，所以迟到了：）我申请的R1 然后也是有名的Ｊａｍｅｓ爷爷电话面的，大概是１２月初吧，当时尽力发挥了，不过说话可能稍微快了点，感觉还是很开心的一次经历，希望他很开心和满意，呵呵，目前等待ｏｆｆｅｒ中，我非常非常非常想来Kelley呢，希望可以尽快报告喜讯给前辈们：）  see u in Aug

tim smith？他人很不错，管financial aid和奖学金的。非常nice，刚刚有了一个小女儿，大概4、5个月。另外还有一个儿子还是女儿。他每天的心情都很不错，经常看见他哼着小调在走在走廊里。

kelley的面试一般都是比较传统的问题，就去搜索一下以前的面经，然后好好准备一下。

面试完了，半个小时很快啊。这个gg（或者是dd)挺好的，介绍自己就花了好几分钟。
问题有：
介绍自己？
Why MBA?
没有why kelley(好奇怪，准备最充分的问题竟然没法发挥）。
long term goal & short term goal?
traits of a good leader?
Leadership challenge experience？
还有就是与个人经历有关的问题
感觉问的比较少，看以往的面经有8，9个问题。
自己问了两个问题。他第一个问题回答了很长时间，回答完第一个问题已经半小时了，然后看了看墙上的钟，问我还有没有问题？我看了看墙上的钟，回答，有。 有点晕了。
