consulting and IB are still major part, 60%-70%. The rest is going to the corporate.

several more questions:

1 So after one year's study and life in Booth, what's your most impressive part about the program, and unique experience?

2 How do your like the flexibility in course arrangement and the free style of study group?

3 For those who wish to take general management and marketing track but adored the quantitative skills building up available in Booth, would they struggle with a absense of sense of belonging?

4 could you provide the CV template for us to prepare?

Thanks!

1) one thing i want to emphasize is that the random walk i joined. it is a travel organized by study group. i know a lot of friends and get to undstadnd unique south american culture.

2) you can balance study, life and job hunting based on your own study plan. it is a bidding system, always up to you

3) you can skip the quantitative course, but to be honest, more marketing ask for data support and strong argument. So quantitative analysis is a necessary

4) cv template is for job hunting, so I think you can google chicago booth template or use your own

EMBA

John List and Steven Levitt are also two world-leading economists (I took classes with both of them) at the UofC who are great champions of the Behavioural Economics cause. If anything, I believe Chicago is leading the charge on understanding behavioural economics.

As for Gary Becker, while he does deal with non-conventional topics of Economics and (less so) Finance, he actually does so under the influence of a lot of other disciplines- in particular, Sociology. While he had indeed extended economic analysis into non-conventional realms, that is not the same as the Behavioural Economics that List and Levitt (which depends on running experiments, understanding human psychology, and so on) are really making headway in.
