本题考点：虚拟语气

前面用were to...后面用would....

因此排除C,D,E后只剩A,B。
            

先看B：如果在B的结尾改成： Japan’s才好，
            

If China’s 1.6 billion people were to consume fish at the same rate as the Japan’s，  they would。。。。。
            

难道选A：
            

If China’s 1.6 billion people were to consume fish at the rate of the Japan，they would怎么样
            

困惑。。。

google找到一段原文，老美真阴险！

还是不知道选哪个

个人认为选A。

先用比较的考点排除B、D,the same用来形容rate,那么as后面也应该是一个表示rate意思、与rate平行的名词，使比较对称、平行。

C、E无法将Japan's后面的名词补充完整，意思不对称，无法比较。

还有就是虚拟语气的考察。

这题要是在实战中我估计选错。。。现在真题中SC的考点趋向些什么啊？感觉和prep有点不一样了

向这个题，'比较'是prep着重的考点，但是鲜有答案是像A这样：A is at the same rate of B，通常是比较规整的表达，as same as,like的用法之类 ,而且像虚拟语气were to...would....PREP就很少考到。。。
