第一题，提干是如果If Morganville wants to keep its central shopping district healthy, 那么it必须 prevent the opening of a huge SaveAll discount department store on the outskirts of Morganville。如果人们本来就不去M购物的话，那这个必须就不成立了……反正本来就要倒了，和开不开SaveAll就没关系了

Q38，结论是说是Tufe的环境变了才导致两者高度变了。但从逻辑上推，可能是Tufe变了也可能是mainland变了，所以前提必须保证mainland没有变，才能推出是tufe变了的结论。D的话……assumption是Tufe变了，结论是Tufe变了……这个字说自话的呀……

Q14，weaken，所以就是说其实那些1930年以前的房子并没有质量比较好。为啥呢？因为1930年前造的质量不好的都倒了，倒了现在自然看不见了，也没有办法去评判好还是不好了。

后两个都明白了，但第一个，我选的错误明白了。但正确答案的逻辑还不是很懂，能不能帮忙解释一下
