答案选的是E, 可是我觉得应该是D啊, 因为E说S不会在酒中大量的存在以致于使人们对它有过敏反映, 然而文中本来就是说这个WINE MAKES不会把这种S放入酒中,所以才使得怕过敏的人来喝, 这样E选项就是在重复原文,没有任何意义啊, 而D 不就是一个很好的假设答案吗, 说只有在保证除了S 之外的任何酒中的物质都不会对人产生过敏才能使得更多人去放心的喝它啊,所以我觉得D才象是假设题型的答案啊

this Q does not involve other ingreidents causing negative health to people except sulfite, so D is not correct choice.

for e, i think you  misunderstand  "Sulfites are not naturally present in the wines produced by these wine makers in amounts large enough to produce an allergic reaction in someone who drinks these wines." It says wine originally does not contain enough sulfite to cause allergy, if winemakers do not add, the statement in topic is correct.

你的意思是说E强调了这种S不是原来就自然生存在这种酒里这个前提是吗?

题目FOCUS的都是"an allergic reaction to sulfites", 选项A, D都偏离了这个主题(把过敏范围扩大了)
