well, the application deadline for the first round was 10/22, the decision release date was 1/12, so technically, yes, a couple of months' wait.  you can find the deadline/decisoin dates on sloan's website.

the decision was posted on applyyourself (the online application) website.

don't lose hope yet, r1 wl.  the fact that you are put onto wl is that you have the fundenmental qualities to be an sloannie but simply put onto wl because there are not enough spots for all qualified applicants.  if sloan is really your first choice, just keep in touch with the adcom and show them that you are extremely interested in sloan and you are ready to jump in if a spot is opened up.  don't lose hope yet since it's not over yet!

for the r2 applicants, keep up to the hard work and good luck with your applications!

i interviewed in early december.  and almost all decisions, if not all, came out on the same day - jan 12th.  so, after the interview, no need to check staus every day, just wait for the decision date.  site back and relax!  good luck!
