these和they的区别以及单独指代

大家再来看看，我倒觉得 these 指代的是前面提到的 the release of endorphins 和 exercise 因为无法用一个概括性的词指代这两者，只好单独使用 these, 比如 these actions, these phenomena 都不十分贴切。

这个知识点真是零碎，我到一直都没有注意到这个

但是看看我这样的想法是否正确：

1、them，these可以指代前面出现的复数（就像this指代单数），但是指代人的时候我觉得these不能单独用，要不然感觉怪怪的。指代人的话主格用they，宾格用them

   所以115用them，不用these，如果115用these的话应该用these people

2、them仅指代宾格，我查了一下this.these的例句，好像也是可以作宾语的

        (2)
        : what is stated in the following phrase, clause, or discourse <I can only say this: it wasn't here yesterday>

我觉得各位都有点被误导了，PREP 34的这套题并非考的是they和these的区别，而是有其他考点，they和these在这里都可以用！

BCD的主语指代有问题，可以直接排除，剩下A,B，A中使用的是just as exercise does, 明显好于B中的 like exercise, 因为B中 like exercise有修饰前面的brain之嫌。而且B后面的is like morphine也错，明显应该是like morphine's，如A中的。所以这道题目考的是just as 和like 的使用，根本就没考they 和 these的区别，大家不必要钻牛角尖了

关于these的单独指代，开始也很纠结，脑子里一团浆糊，后来突然间豁然开朗，初中的时候不就学过
this is mine，that is yours，所以these单独做主语，有什么不可以的？

偶认为B项的they不是项prep笔记上说的指代不清，而是指代错误，因为B选项的设置是两句话的并列，they是第二句话的主语，所以只能指向sauces，所以造成了逻辑错误
