      2：我查了字典，如果derive要作“衍生出”来讲的话，应该是用被动才对，为什么C的从句中可以用主动which derive ...？

      3: which 引导的定语从句后面是完整句子么？that呢？

1、had already...与already had 有区别么？

2、A consist of B, C and D ＝ A由BCD组成，或者包含BCD。 所以为什么D后要用that consisted，被动语态呢？

用that consisting可以么？

1、had already...与already had 有区别么？

1. 為使 modifier ( from which 所帶出子句) 緊鄰欲修飾之 N.(Aramaic script)，才使用 bring with it sth.

   故 (A) (B) 選項錯誤

   重點不在 bring sth. with it 和 bring with it sth. 是否有區別

2. 注意 which 前有 prep. "from"，綜合句意判斷，可知此 which 所指代之 N. (American script) 其實是受詞。

   實際上這句話原句應該是

   "both northern and southern Indian alphabets derive from Aramaic script"

   由此亦可得知，S. = "both northern and southern Indian alphabets", derieve 應使用複數 ==> C 正確，排除D

(E) 選項 derieving 使其與 "bringing" 平行，明顯不通。排除。

3. that 與 which 均可引導完整句子，不是很理解你的疑問為何。

21.

1. (A)(B)(C) 均為複數，不符合"Nigeria"，排除。（亦可從未劃線處 its borders 看出應為單數）

2. (D) that cosisted of ...以 that 子句完整解釋 "a federal political structure"的內涵。正確。此處  consisted 並不是被動語態，而是過去簡單式。

由前可知 had already established ....為先發生，而 that cosisted of ... 為後發生之狀況。

(E) consisting of ....being.... ==> awkward & wordy. 通常出現 being 的選項多半有問題。

3. that consisting 不可，因 consisting 為分詞，會造成子句沒有動詞，成為 fragment。且現在分詞隱含有『同時進行、發生』之意，和建國時間同時發生，邏輯上也不對。

现在就省两个疑问了

1  C我觉得后面应该是from which was derived ....

derive作“发展出来”讲，是要用被动语态的啊，为什么C用主动？

2、already had和had already区别？

我就想问一下关于第8题,从FROM可以看出WHICH修饰的是受词,那么这个倒装是怎么看出来的?我就是不太明白这种句子要怎么看才能看出derive的主语是后面的两个,要是不打消疑问,下次碰见还是会错的,我这次就选的是D。

第8题为什么是derive不是derived？从A选项来看应该是过去式，both northern and southern alphabets derived from...意思上来说也应该是过去derived出来的呀

当derive是“起源、由来”，而不是“衍生、导出”的时候，是表达一个真理，所以用一般现在时。（表示“衍生，导出”的时候多用被动语态）
