Hi Riverly,
As long as you can tie your team story back to the question asked, then that's fine. What you want to avoid is randomly putting a team story into an essay. The story might be a good one, but if it doesn't relate to the question asked, it can actually work against you.

It's safe to say that most business school applications will try and find out how you function in a team environment, so you will likely get a question asking about team experiences.

想问一下前辈，有没有中国学生毕业后留在States工作的相关统计呢？比如MBA前是干啥的，Intern如何，毕业后的就业又是怎样。

好像多数学校都没有读 MBA之前的职业统计数据，可能因为没必要。暑期实习和就业统计可以去各商学院网站察看Placement Report。中国毕业生留在美国工作的是大多数，但是近几年国内的机会越来越多，越来越好，所以选择直接回国工作的人数逐渐增加。

嘿嘿，我一直非常希望能进那些顶级公司的china office，不知道除了ls那届以外，后面几届的中国留学生是否都有机会进BCG、Bain、Booz Allen这些公司的中国分部呢？

Could you please tell me something about the Health Sector Management(HSM) program? What's the size for this program in 2010? Any collaboration between the school and the healthcare insurance or pharmaceutical companies? Is it easy for students with the HSC certificate to get a job in the healthcare industry? 谢谢琥珀川。已经决定early action申请HSM.对于网上公布的essay有几个问题疑惑,如下：

1.  Describe your vision for your career, your inspiration for pursuing this career path, and the role of The Duke MBA in achieving your goals. If you are interested in a specific concentration or joint degree program, please discuss in this essay.  想请教这篇文章多大篇幅呢？字数一般范围是多少呢？
2. Discuss a person, event, or experience that has significantly shaped your life and explain why.  可以是关于求学、工作、生活任一方面的事情吗？篇幅？
3. Individuals choose a business school for many different reasons. Through your research, what attributes or characteristics of The Duke MBA program have most resonated with you and why? How do you plan to contribute to the strengthening and enhancement of those attributes and characteristics during your time at Duke and beyond? 这是要给duke唱赞歌吗？要强调duke的优点还好我能带来的贡献呢？篇幅？

由于9月1号网申才开始，early action是10月3日，所以现在很着急。麻烦了。
