尤其对红色部分的理解出现了问题，意思是只影响犹豫不决者呢，还是说只影响一方，而对两方的影响不是公平的呢

答案是B，为什么能推出两党选票人是相等的且都不超过1/2呢，请教各位XDJM，

那C错在哪，是不是D,E都是无关的比较

,before the emergence of a third party,voters were divided equally between the two major parties,这句理解很重要.在第三党出现之前,两党的支持率是平分的,即每个党有50%的支持,而第三党参选之后,再把某一党的选票吸走..那么任何一党都不会超过50%.
