请问在申请材料中的最后一页有transcript request form要求合成绩单一块寄,还要学校
写什么GPA,排名等,我去学校是直接开的成绩,没要transcript request form,我能不寄transcript request form吗?谢谢.

各位大虾：Happy Monkey & Money Year!!!

I have applied for McGill MBA program via on-line. When I inputed my credit card info., I found a problem :
McGill web don't need the "NAME" displayed in Credit Card. However, the "NAME" displayed in my canada friend's Mastercard is not EXACTLY my name(废话!). Will it be a problem? Can McGill get the money without the "NAME" displayed in the Mastercard?

I checked my McGill application status today, it indicates that except graduation diploma, all other documents have been received by McGill.  I called the McGill right away and asked the admissions officer: didn't my transcripts (send directly from schoo) indicate that my degree was awarded? she just told me no and I have to contact my university again and ask them to send a piece of paper about my degree to McGill.
oh, my goodness! I'm here in Toronto.
I'm sure that my transcripts indicate my degrees were awarded, but McGill just want a seperate paper about my degree, what made me frustrated is it doesn't indicate clearly in the McGill's application checklists.
I have to wait staff in my university back to school and ask them do me favor one more time.

Yes, McGill is so troublesome! I am in the same situation. Have you let your schools fill the ? I have to let my friends in China send a copy of certificates with official stamps of schools I attended.
