应该不是个大问题。当然不要CANCEL这段历史。学校不提供英文成绩，你可以自己翻译，然后去学校盖章，如果学校可以给你盖。实际上，我本科学校（人大）从来没有提供过英文的任何东东，都是自己翻译，然后去学校盖章的。如果学校不给你盖，就只有去公证处了。祝好运。
