三级明显难度加大，一级比较稳定，说实话，除去语言障碍外，level1的难度和国内会计从业资格持平，美国人过这个级别当然比较小菜，但最终拿到证书较难

我看美国相关论坛上又专门总结今年三级和去年三级的比较的帖子，很多retakers都说今年上午题"significantly difficult that last year" "substantially difficult than last year" "This year the cases were somewhat longer than 07 in AM, and more material to read and decipher, so it turned out to be a test of skill in managing all that information on time"...

FOR PM sessions, similar.

不过看了一下yedeanboy的帖子，如果是PHD的话可能感觉好一点还是比较小菜吧！^_^

我整理了三级的试题，大家一起对一对吧。。。

这次三级其实难度不高，关键是时间上太紧。

一着急一赶估计很多细节就漏看了，一panic原本会的也不会了。。其实题目感觉还行，给点时间都能做出来。。
