Could anyone help on this question?

What is the hundredths digit of the decimal z ?

 

(1)  The tenths digit of 100z is 2.

 

(2)  The units digit of 1,000z is 2.

The key is E. But I got A.

Ans: 此題關鍵 *10不會改變原來每個位置上的數字大小
        只會移位
            eg d=0.17, 10d=1.07, d/10=0.017

    

(1)    原z進二位後的十分位數2，原數0.002

    

(2)    原z進三位後的個位數2，原數0.002
