I have fortunately passed part 4 in Feb this year. I start reading Gleim notes from Nov last year now and then and had one week concentrative memorization of the key concepts after the Spring Festival. During last two days before I attending the test, I did some practice on the Gleim website trying to organize the fragile pieces. I had thought I would fail to pass the exam initially as I felt I messed all the theories, for example, X, Y and other motivational theories. Sometime I just use some knowledge/common sense obtained from the real work to address my understanding to the case. The results make me believe that CMA is really concentrating on the practical problems instead of theoritical issues. So If I were successful, I think the key for passing part 4 would be forgotting your exam and just treating the case as your real work! |
