我选择的B:Daily Clarion 和Daily Bugle 相比，在通常情况下，把更多的版面留给外县的新闻

虽然两个答案都对“Daily Clarion , the only real voice of the people of Gotham”进行削弱，但是most directly 的只能是D

一是因为D中表述为所有员工，而B中只是在通常情况下，D更有说服力；二是因为D通过所有员工已经在Gotham居住了十年以上直接推翻原文的假设“Daily Bugle 非常的不关心 Gotham”
