The ability to cooperate well with others is more important today than in the past, agree or disagree?

As the earth has already become a earth country, As business has spread to every corner, today ,there’s no battle for a person, and never can a person win a game! Everyone need a teem for himself to gain the target. No matter how strong you are ,you owe you win to the people behind you. No matter how success you are , it can’t only your contribution!

In the past ,in some subject, you could be a hero to achieve what you want ,even without others help, For you’re the number one of you subject! Just as a fisherman you were, you didn’t need others, you could fish yourself, you could repair your ship yourself, as well as dealt with your poor net ! And there’s no need to connect with other subject’s people ,because you subject was a integrate country!

As the time flies, change has been happened. Subjects are increasing and no more subjects can erect a empire independently! For example ,maybe you ‘re a professor of computer! When you wand to build a model in architecture ,you face problems! None knowledge about that subject do you know ,that’s out of you business! So even opposite to your mind ,you have to find some one to help you to finish your job! At the same time ,you will see that more well the cooperation is ,more fast will the job done! And only in this way ,your efficiency can be improved!

I can take granted that as the job is more refine, we must connect more people to run a team! And a good team must be a team that communication in the team is very fluently! So in my opinion ,the paradise for the one want to succeed is the place where the cooperation can be easily execute.
