It is easy to say than to act. Real life in America is not that simple . To me, and to most of my Chinese immigrants family members and friends. Most of them achieved a lot academically. However, the bias against all colors still prevalent. Even most Americans act as if there is no such thing. After you have lived and worked here for over 10 years. You will notice the ugly sites of all phenomena. The complex issue among all races. The plots behind all politics.

I don't think so, I am in US, and I think if you want to achieve your goal and make your dream ture, US is a better choice than China. Cause, you konw, in China, you cannot do a lot of things because of political factors.

lz指的优秀是能在体制内混得如鱼得水的人吧，也对，在这样的环境下都能混得很好，那在其他任何环境下都可以成功了，networking到哪儿都是必须的。
