是什么意思呢?

 

是指说用印刷体写
        或是
        一定要用type呢

In my view, you cannot use handwriting. Regarding to printing, black ink must be used instead of colorful ink.

type OR print。打字或手写。不是of是or。这是个正式文件中很常见的组合

I wrote to Admission Office, and please refer to below for their response:

Good catch!  Sorry - it is indeed a typo and will soon be fixed.  The form
should read, "Please type or print clearly in black ink." Hope this clears up
any confusion.

But I haven't seen the pdf updated so far.
