I am sorry to know that but I can check the admission office for you to see how you can improve your profile next year, if you want to. Send a short msg to me with your name and I will do so a little late.  I have already known 5-6 admitted Chinese students for class 2006, few of whom have worked in US for years. Try to apply early next year and wish you a good luck!
