C 是从Transnational cooperation among corporations is experiencing a modest renaissance among United States firms这里来的。renaissance 是说以前也有过，现在复兴了。
这道题一直都是在讲United States Firms，所以A不对因为A包括了所有的公司。我们只知道United States Firms不能自己完全承包下来，但题干并没有说别国的公司不能自己承包。

modest renaissance说明没有以前高峰期那么发达，又比近期有进展，也就是C所说的more common、less common

本题居然考一个词modest renaissance就能回答整个逻辑题，其他信息也太干扰了吧
