我晕，本来打完了，被我给关了，又要重打一遍5555。。。。

OG的逻辑看了两遍，开始做FEIFEI的LSAT135。有点小感想，随便写一下，仅供参考。我认为做逻辑（其实不止是逻辑）最基本的一点就是要排除想当然，排除“常识”——什么是常识，这个我很难说清楚，要自己体会。比如，ETS说煤球是白的，问你煤球是什么颜色的，你就该回答煤球是白的。原来我记得有个questionable assumption 的题，直接找assumption就是了管它是不是questionable。因为考试是要你在有限的时间内选出正确答案，只能就题论题，决不能钻牛角尖。

就这道题来说：
hospital 买 machine 得到 costs were reduced
clinic 买machine==>costs were reduced
要得到以上结论，则 clinic=hospital
任何对以上等式有支持的就可以成为答案。这样就回答了C就可以解决等式是否成立的问题了。

我认为你考虑的太多了，应该尽量简化自己的思考过程，尽量贴近实战应用。

意思就是文中的推理是医院赢利了不一定诊所就赢利

但是诊所分析用得多少有什么用呢，直接就分析：因为我不是医院，我不能赢利不就完了吗？

我觉得诊所分析时不能跟医院比较吧，应该从自身的来看能不能降低成本，适用于医院的情况其实也适用于诊所，只是赢利少一些罢了

D我觉得对的啊？spzeng DD能不能给分析一下D（呵呵，改过来了，叫DD，为什么你就一定比我们小呢，而且就算你比其他MM小，也不一定就比我小啊呵呵^^）糟糕了，我又想多了~~

如果诊所和医院一样，诊所不就可以盈利了么，所以当然要分析诊所和医院的关系，没有诊所和医院关系的都应该属于无关选项。

D Whether in certain cases of skin discoloration, visual inspection is sufficient to make a diagnosis of skin cancer这个应该用无关就能够排除了。这是最简单的方法。这道题讨论的a machine放在clinic能不能 reduce cost 的问题跟visual inspection根本就没有关系。

Clinic considering  purchase machine to reduce costs ONLY if the the machine is singificantly used.

打个比方来说吧
假如：你考GMAT参考了CD上的资料得了800分（医院买仪器降低了成本）
      我考GMAT也参考了CD上的资料要得800分（诊所买仪器降低成本）
     那么要考察我是不是和你一样
      其中一条要考察我是不是比你智商低很多（考察诊仪器的使用频率是不是会比医院明显降低）
      回答如果是低很多那么我得不了800，如果不是低很多，那么我有希望得800（be most useful for the clinic to establish in order to make its decision）

再来说一下第一句话的作用，第一句话之多是一个背景知识，没有这句话这道题一样做。所以有些人说CR中每一个词都很重要，我个人认为是绝对错误的，恰恰相反绝大多数的词都没用，要抓的抽象出来的核心词汇。如果能抽象能A、B、C那是最完美的。
综上所述，涉及到背景知识的选项一定是无关选项

cases as reliably as the tissue tests do, 故clinic must be consider that in certain cases, the visual inspection is sufficient to make a diagnosis of skin cancer, otherwise, clinic NEED to to perform tests of skin tissue taken from patients.

Answer C, whether the new machine will be "significantly less heavy use than the machine at the hospital does" is non-relate with what the clinic's  NEEDS ( the needs is to be able to diagnosis certin skin cancer) therefor, D is the best answer.
