Feature A= equipped with radar detector or not  ;  Feature B = have been ticketed or not
Given that: Among those who don't have A, 3% have B;   Among those who have A, 33% have B.[ We can see that those with feature A tend to have feature B]
Premise: those with feature B are more likely to do sth than those without feature B
Conclusion: those with feature A are more likely to do sth than those without feature A
Analysis: Because feature A and feature B tend to positively related, it is easy to conclude that those with feature A tend to have feature B and those with feature B tend to have feature A.

这个题完全没问题啊，被罚的车主更爱超速（即assumption）+有电子狗的车主被罚的概率又极高（33%/3%比67%/97%）可以推出文中结论：有电子狗的车主更爱超速（ Clearly, drivers who equip their vehicles with radar detectors are more likely to exceed the speed limit regularly than are drivers who do not.），注意是用结论推assumption哦

其实还是不明白，原文的premise不是说了“ticketed for exceeding"吗？那为什么还要补这个gap？
