toefl的bulletin上写着，9.19成绩report，然后开始邮寄

查询规则：

Scores by Phone

Use this service to find out your scores on the Saturday prior to the day they are being mailed from ETS.

You will need

• a touch-tone phone
• your 7-digit paper registration number (printed on your PBT admission ticket)
• a valid credit card (American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, or VISA — no other credit cards are accepted). You must provide the credit card number and expiration date
• your test date
• your date of birth

Fee

The fee to hear your scores by phone is US$10, plus the cost of the phone call.

When to call

• seven days a week, between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., Eastern Time (New York).
• about five weeks after the test.

Where to call

• Call 1-609-771-7267. You will be charged for the cost of the phone call.

For individuals who are deaf or hearing/speech impaired

If you have access to a Teletypewriter (TTY), call 1-609-771-7714. You will be charged for the cost of the call.

Scores by Mail

Your scores will be mailed to you approximately five weeks after you take the test.

刚才打电话居然说not available. 上班时间是纽约时间6am-10pm.可是又不是人工的，干吗还要上班时间呢：（ 不知道有人问到了没有。

已经查完了。开始它废话很久，大家可以直接按1。后面也是要按好多1，大家可以不用听完就按1确认，节省电话费。Good luck!
