看选择支，只有a选项表达了这个意思。至于楼主说few代表小样本，可能是词语理解上的偏差，few应该是几乎没有人（反过来说，就是几乎所有人），a选项翻译为几乎没有相关的胖人摄入卡路里的量小于那些在那个体重上的正常人
