I don't quite get "access to join LV from China by joining MBA program in China"??

to nnm, that is to say, LV china is now recruiting store managers from China local MBA program graduates, say CEIBS, CK.etc...

nnm, thx for providing the info of partnership with design centre. I do know there is scholarship from LV, but from 2006 job replacement, there is no graducate go to LVMH. This is where my concern starts. I really want to know whether is there some specific person anyone know that actually goes to LVMH after INSEAD MBA? I think the French language must be a quite big barrier for Chinese people!

3Flady, when you plan your career on where to go for a job after MBA, always start from thinking why they need you. Yes i understand you have a passion for luxury in France, but passion doesnt mean that much to them. Do you speak French? Do you really understand the European customers? Have you worked as a designer in some of the top luxury brands? Of course you can have an argument such as you are only interested in a job in Asia that can lead you to a more senior position within 5 years, but why they should pay you that much instead of looking for someone who has that aesthetics for luxury as well but not as expensive as you?

Inseadsh, thx and these questions bothered me for a long time. Actually my passion is working to develop China's luxury industry instead. The reason why I want to start in France is not to get high pay, but to immerse in the luxury culture that it can provide,which can sustain me in contributing the work in China. I think 2-3 years' stay in France is a big stake for future career development in luxury. I admit language is a barrier, therefore I am seeking for access that whether there is anyone you guys know who is doing or has done this.

My pleasure. We did not mean to discourage you. Actually, I do appreciate that you have a passion for what you want 2 to do. My suggestion is that before taking an action, you should have carefully evaluated the pros and cons of your decision.

It's almsot end of P1 here. Everybody looks a bit overwhelmed with the coming final exams. The course called "Leading People & Groups" is definitely time-consuming. We were asked to deliver a 7-page paper with a reflection of learing in the coruse and how we can furthur improve our leadership styles... I really dont know what kind of learnings i can say after a 2 months' course...

Dear, many of us received scholarship. INSEAD offers two kinds of scholarships: Merit-based and Need-based. You will be asked to write essays to apply for different kinds of scholarships.

I think a good news to future INSEAD applicants is that the school will be expanding the scholarship basis aggressively in the coming few years to attract more talented people from all over the world.

INSEAD doesnt provide any service of loans. You need to work out the financing by yourself. Btw, I heard the BOC can be helpful.
