在网申文件(that PDF file)的最后一页上的check list上有一条关于本科和研究生成绩的：

Official Transcripts of Grades and Diploma WITH CERTIFIED TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH where applicable.
PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE UNLESS OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED.

请问这个怎么提交？是需要自己邮寄过去么？因为其他材料都是填写在PDF里面后在线submit的，不是很清楚这个成绩单应该怎么提供？
我已经在学校开具好了带有公章和翻译的成绩单。看到申请指导上写明扫描件是不被接受的，除非官方证明？　应该怎么做？

已经完成第一轮申请的朋友们和已经在校的前辈指点一下。多谢！

since inseadsh started it, i'm going to start asking questions.

to answer mugi and tupo clearer, i'm based in Shanghai and travel around China on a regular basis due to the nature of my work.

now, my work involves a lot with entrepreneurs and to a lesser degree, VCs.  if you people know of good entrepreneurs, please let me know.  entrepreneurs can be people starting their businesses (and there are a lot of people doing that right now, but not everyone is a good entrepreneur) or have been successful (Focusmedia, Fosun for example).

Hahaha, Simba...but you also help answer lots of questions in these posts here!

And I assume Inseadsh might change the question to: any idea regarding to Czech and Austria?      Visa for Turkey and Cyprus is a little bit complicated than we expected.

Also, I think bolei's example of successful is a little bit intimidating...  :-)

Actually my goal is to be a successful entrepreneur in IT C to C (maybe B to C) service. I hope to integrate human's  real life with Internet's virtual life more seamlessly by website and messenger. Currenly i'm in singapore and have been here for 8+ years including study and work. I hope to take MBA to make me well-rounded first and then go back to China to create my venture.  I miss China very much and I wanna be a participant in the renaissance of China.
