我觉得这几个选项都有问题，

选项里至少应该出现两个国家之间的比较才能得出比较的结果。

像B， 即便想各位解释的那样，早早死翘翘， 那如果s国也是这样的情况呢，而且推理加入了外界的因素，

不过最优只能选B看来，

得P病的人通常一般都是年龄到一定境界的，而T国的人因为医疗不好评均达不到那个年龄所以就因P病死亡的少

问题是题目更本没有讨论年龄问题啊，一般来说没有讨论的因素不应该涉及的……

C反而比较和题目相关，虽然好像也没说明白什么。

意思大概是这样的，T的男的大约可以活到50岁就去世了，而R的男一般可以活到60岁以后，也就是说,T的男的去到50就会因为其它疾病死了，而不是死于P CANCER；而R的男的到60以后都没死于其它疾病，其它疾病都要不了他们的命，反而P CANCER成为了杀手。
        就是说如果医疗条件都一样的话，60岁以后可能癌症死亡率是一样的。解释了原因

Being in poor general health does not increase one’s risk of developing prostate cancer.

虽然不会增加癌症，但也并不能说明为什么R的癌症死亡率高啊？最多就是2个国家都一样。
