比较题型，所以要严格衡量被比较的两者，本题的结论是：当这种PB容器被丢弃时，每件所产生的塑料废弃物和可比的不可降解的容器一样多。（虽然题目没有提供进一步信息，所以我们不知道采用这样的PB container有什么好处——根本没有减少垃圾排放嘛，但是这不是解题时应该关心的）。所以就要找选项中的支持信息，来印证是否一样多，还是有多有少。
