answer: 2) is sufficient, but 1) is not.

 

为什么1不对？由1可以推出16％ percent of the students at the school who study Japanese also study French  （16/100），这和条件2不是差不多的了么。说明1也可以推出来的哈

这道题本来我也错的,可后来发现:题目中说的是at least 100,并没有说是只有100哦...上不封顶,哈哈
