这些教授属于人尖子, 不论什么学校的MBA在他们面前也的虚心请教.

说到底, MBA就是个职业教育, 即使是哈弗的. 从学术角度讲, 和这些教授比是忘尘莫及的.

黄明教授的确很好，但是说“当今中国学者中有几人能与其争锋”似乎有些太过了。华人（或称中国学者）的金融学有成就的教授很多，还有像中欧的许小年，张春，港科大的郎咸平，陈家强（已出任香港财长）等，而且水平名望很难评判高下。

CK8888偏偏拿出几个于长江有点关系的教授来和黄明教授相提并论，这好像并不是为了说明黄明教授又多好，似乎在表明长江有多了不起。这样的做法有些不大好吧。

况且黄明教授和CK8888提到几位教授实际上与长江也没什么实质关系，访问而已。

上星期上海财经频道头脑风暴，黄明作为嘉宾，介绍时只说他“上海财经大学金融学院院长，斯坦福终身教授”， 有点奇怪，他在长江是什么职位？访问教授还是什么？ 如果是访问教授，那么是不是明年中欧北大也可以请他上一门课，然后也给一个访问教授的头衔？ 

诚心请教，确实对访问教授不很了解。 中欧好像也有大把这样的访问教授，全是美国名校的教授，但是不放在FACULTY名单上的。

黄明博士现为长江商学院中国企业研究中心研究学者，美国康奈尔大学金融学教授（终身），曾任教于斯坦福和芝加哥大学商学院。

There are different kinds of professors in CKGSB:

1. Full time professors, need to be at CKGSB for at least 9 months. Have full voting power. The rest of the three months the faculty can stay in CKGSB or can work in another insitution of his choice.

2. Joint professors, jointly employed by CKGSB and another university. The total employment months a year cannot exeed 12. Have fractional voting power depending on his contract

3. Visiting Professors, no voting power, a. jointly employed by CKGSB and another university. The total employment months a year cannot exeed 12. b. on leave from another university and stay full time at CKGSB

4. Adjunct Professors, no voting power, have another job but work for CKGSB on a contract by contract basis

5. Affiliated or Clinical professors, no voting power, full time with CKGSB but focus on teaching.

6. Research Professors, no voting power, focus on research, have another job, receive research support or research stipend from CKGSB

So Huang is the scenario 6 professor in CK? 

But how can he be the dean of financial school in SH F and A U, while still Standford professor?

Is he still the full time professor in Standford?

Very curious, how can he do so many full time jobs in so many different units?

One contrast is CEIBS Changchun, he is professor of CEIBS, but he has to resign from his original Minnesota university.

Huang is no longer with Stanford. He is a full time professor at Cornell. It depends on his contract with Cornell. Usually, US schools give you a 2 month summer support in addition to the nine months regular pay. That means he can only work for one month at other institutions. Legally, it means that he can receive salary for one month from another institution. However, other institutions can construct something like consulting fee or research expesenses which will not violate the rule. I suppose he receives salary for only one month from SHFEU and other compensations are not counted as salary. You have to ask Professor Huang directly about this very personal information.

伙计，那天的讲座我们都听到你对教授的，不太尊重的提问和要求，请问这一点你承认吗？

为什么讲座那天大多数人当时都在给你起哄，你想过没有？

为什么CD上这么多网友不同意你的观点，你认真思考过没有？

为什么你的老板不太赏识你，你和你的好朋友或者家人分析过没有？

为什么你作为一个非MBA学生，在没有参加过正规的MBA教育的情况下，有权利和CK的同学论战，你对比过你们之间的“信息不对称”没有？

以上五点，是我的建议，可能有不妥的地方，请大家指正。
