Hi Saphirelucky,

I have decided not to say anything about this topic, but now since I see your question...First of all, I was not giving your any so-called "advice" by stating the acceptance rate for this year. Second to your question, Yale SOM is diversifying the class, just like any other top business school. So I do not think they have a fixed preference on the type of candidates. However, I do feel that the school likes mature students, and an international exposure is surely a plus.  Good luck!

the program is quite nice. It locates at New Haven, CT. If you want to do finance, Yale is pretty good. I bet the ranking of Yale will go up in the next few years. I was offered by Yale this year but chose other program. However, it is definitely worth applying.
