Privacy laws require that requests to update or release information
of a PERSONAL nature (such as identification, address, designated
institutions, and account history) come directly from the EXAMINEE
only. Customer Service Representatives will not be able to give this
information to anyone other than the examinee, including relatives or
friends.

            

If you are NOT the examinee, our Representatives must limit their assistance to GENERAL information about an examinee's file:

            

• Score report mailing dates
• Yes or no answers to general questions
• Process payments for outstanding balances

有没有人将自己写的贴上来。我们每人复制一下，发过去就行了，操作简便，节约时间。这样发邮件的人会大大增加。人多了，美国总部才会引起足够重视。才能保证我们报上名。
