答案是E  关键不知道问题说什么：（

答案是d。我怎么觉得应该是反一反，the tenths digit of d/10 才是原来的百位数？？？

100个数的平均是6，标准方差是D，D是正数。下面的哪组数加入那100个以后，得到方差小于D。

明显是E嘛。
