D的前半句莫名其妙，等待NN讲解：）

后半句不应该是eliminate from A to B，to是后面非限定性定语从句的前置介词，还原就是

they have eliminated from their diets foods which they have been demonstrated to be allergic to.
    

然后上面是一个小倒装，为的是让which来修饰foods，还原就是 they have eliminated foods from their diets.
