文章的前提是: 80%的人不懂得DNA.
结论:  80%的人没有很好的医学知识去做出相关决定.

D就是认为作者犯的错误是前提和结论之间看不出有causal relationship,  因此要求作者将其联系起来, 必须说明懂得DNA是做医学决定必须的知识.
