LZ, I don't think your background weigh that much. I think it is more important that you market yourself well. To convince the admission comittee that you will succeed after MBA. That is what they expect, what you can bring them. You have to show who you are, why MBA, why school, career goals, what you need from MBA and what you can bring them. As many people have said, be yourself. To convince them that you are a strong candidate and you will help their rankings to go up. I only have two years work experience but I try a lot to show my leadership potential. I got three offers up to now, all with scholarship in various amount.
