Bettywush, your words are right. But I don't think I perform that poor as far as I was interviewed. The interviewer was listening closely what I demonstrated about myself and always commented with "fantastic" with an agreeing gesture. However, though I think I interacted with him well, there should be something elsewhere I must pay attention to or need to improve, if not for age or academic background. I agree that what interviewers responded didn't represent the real situation. In fact, I got full tuition scholarship from the one that I felt worst about interview.

He is a professional interviewer. Therefore, I think you may not fit Maryland.

Yes, feeling sometimes is misleading.  hehe. There is still a way I should go.

珠落玉盘, how many other schools did you apply? Maryland is not a big name, so don't even bother to make the cut on yourself!

I would say, your background is solid, maybe it's just a bad luck. Please be patient as good things last long..... something else is worth waiting!!

What I really appreciate in CD is not only the feedback and insight I can see but also the support and warmth I can feel. Thanks all and hope all the guys like me can sustain and succeed.  As a Chinese saying, “Eat bitter to tast sweeter.”

I have got the same feeling as well.

I was put into W/L by maryland, and i won't make any effort to be accepted because i won't get any scholarship even if I am accepted.

Try some other schools . Mba is a game of power and fortune. Do not give up.
