收到columbia 的信说我的材料不全，求助

I applied for Columbia ED on-line and send the supplementary materials via DHL, who told me the package was delivered to Admission office on Oct.10(local time)

But in this morning, I still got the letter, saying my material is incomplete!

How could I do? Does someone has similar case？ Thx

Ask DHL, it must have a record saying who received your package and signed. Then, you can write school and let them check.

I think you probably have to wait for a while before the school matches all you material with your application.

Yes, they do. They refer to all the material in those supplementary envelope by DHL.

So u should ask the person who accept your files from DHL. Probably, the person has not submitted your materials to the committee.
